Product Description
Laser solder paste welding has the following characteristics:
1. Multi-axis linkage, good solder joint consistency, one-time processing for different solder joints and different height solder joints;
2. PC control, visual operation. High-definition CCD camera, optional MARK DXFGEBER graphics or template matching mode, automatic positioning, to meet the requirements of full-automatic or online processing of high-precision devices, reducing manual intervention;
3. The core technology of the temperature control model, and the use of high-precision infrared temperature detector for real-time temperature feedback and control;
4. Non-contact welding, no mechanical stress damage, fast heating speed, small heat affected zone;
5. Laser, CCD, temperature measurement and indicator light are coaxial at four points, which solves the problem of multi-optical path coincidence in the industry and reduces complicated debugging;
6, specific laser soldering software, to achieve different parameters call and processing, convenient for customers to use;
7. The optical system, motion unit and control system are fully modular in design, which improves the stability and maintainability of the system.
